Acesulfame K

Acesulfame K, also called Acesulfame Potassium, is a food additive that is 200 times sweeter than sugar (sucrose). It enhances and intensifies flavors and is good for baking applications due to its thermo-stability. Acesulfame K is commonly used as a tabletop sweetener and in milk drinks, puddings, desserts, cereals, jams, canned goods, sauces, and ice cream.
