ETHOXCARE® P 6000 DS is the polyethylene glycol diester of stearic acid and PEG-150. It is highly effective in building viscosity in surfactant systems, is an effective replacement for amide thickeners and is superior to PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate. ETHOXCARE® P 6000 DS can also be used a secondary emulsifier and has a HLB of about 17-19.
