AMP-ULTRA® PC 2000 neutralizer is high purity AMP containing 5% water for personal care and cosmetic products. For hair colorants, AMP ULTRA PC is a mild alkalinizing agent with low odor, producing natural-looking color while reducing hair swelling or damage. For hair sprays, gels and mousses, it offers superior high-humidity curl retention, right balance of flexibility and hold, clear appearance (ideal for hair gels), reduced tacky polymer buildup without flaky residue, excellent washability and outstanding in-can corrosion resistance (ideal for aerosols). Finally, for Hand Sanitizers it offers neutralization, solubilization (even at high ethanol content), water-white clarity and heat stability, helping to prolong product shelf life. AMP buffers over the pH range of 9.0-11.0 and provides compliance as of May 2015 with European Union rulings on purity, secondary amine and nitrosamine content of raw materials used in the manufacture of cosmetics and personal care products.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
