Kopcyclamine (Ciclopirox Olamine) is a synthetic broad-spectrum antifungal agent that inhibits the growth of pathogenic dermatophytes, yeast and Malassezia furfur. It can be used in nail lacquer formulations for the treatment of onychomycosis. It can also work well in formulations used to combat jock itch, athletes foot, and ringworm.
