Granactive 1518 is a specific peptide sequence (Pentapeptide-21) combined with selected amino acids designed to reduce the level of pigmentation and skin damage that occurs to sun exposed skin. Pentapeptide-21 inhibits enzymes responsible for hyper-proliferation, inflammation and DNA damage in response to UV radiation. Products containing Granactive 1518 have a lightening and brightening effect through the reduction of melanin and UV damage that leads to aged, dull looking skin. Applications include skincare, color cosmetic and sun care formulations. This material is Halal certified through an accreditation recognized worldwide by Jakim Malaysia, MUI Indonesia, MUIS Singapore, and CICOT Thailand.
