ULTRAPEG® 1500 F is a hygroscopic polymer that is highly soluble in water due to the hydrophilic characteristic provided by the polyoxyethylene chain. It has an appearance of flakes at 25°C, with an average molecular weight of 1350-1595, a hydroxyl value of 70-83mg KOH/g, and a water content of 1.0% max. By varying the molecular weight, liquid or solid products can be obtained, covering a wide range of viscosity, melting points and hardness consistency.
This product is ideally used for leathers, detergents, lubricants, textiles, and paints. ULTRAPEG® 1500 F may also be formulated in creams, lotions, and moisturizers, cream without rinsing for hair, deodorants, products for skin treatment and soaps, products for makeup (lipsticks, shadows, foundations) and toothpastes. view less
