ALKONIX® SSK contains disodium laureth sulfosuccinate. It is a class of anionic surfactants in which the lipophilic portion is derived from a fatty alcohol chain and the hydrophilic portion derived from the groups sulfonate, carboxylate and polyethylene oxide. ALKONIX® SSK is derived from Laureth-2.
It has excellent detergent and emulsification properties and is extremely mild to the skin and eyes. This product can be used for hand dishwashing formulations, in mild shampoos and baby products, hand soaps, conditioning shampoos, and other personal care cleansers. view less
