Documents

ACTFLOW CB-3060 is apart of a liquid type acrylic polymer grade range. ACTFLOW CB-3060 has an approximate molecular weight of 3000, and a viscosity of 800 to 1200. Due to its environmentally sound characteristics as a non-solvent liquid polymer and excellent normal temperature fluidity, ACTFLOW grades are recommended as plasticizer replacements, modifying agents and additive agents due to their environmentally sound characteristics as a non-solvent liquid polymer and normal-temperature fluidity.

ACTFLOW grades are effectively used as an additive agent to improve the alkali cleaning of resist materials and the removal of residue/sediment in photolithographic processes.
