Onium salt photoinitiators are used to produce the cationic species on exposure to UV light, while remaining stable in the absence of UV light. This product is a yellowish viscous liquid. Formulations containing DOUBLEMER® 4250, along with other epoxide resins and polyol modifiers, can provide a range of cured film properties. Coating containing DOUBLEMER® 4250 generally have excellent toughness, solvent resistance, and good adhesion to a variety of substrates, including metals and plastics. This product can be used for metal coatings, overprint varnishes, plastic coatings, PET film and keypad coating. view less
