FD-808 is a titanate coupling agent. With the evaporation of solvent during application of FD-808, crosslinking reactions could occur with such groups as -OH, -COOH, -NH2, OCONH2, and -SH. So that bridge is formed, which causes the molecular weight to increase, which in turn improves heat resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, and dry properties.
