Speedcure 992 is a cationic photoinitiator and a mixture of triarylsulphonium hexafluorophosphate salts in propylene carbonate. This clear, yellow to amber liquid enables good adhesion to metal substrates and has low shrinkage in addition to curing. It is applied to clear coatings, thin films, cycloaliphatic epoxy resins such as UviCure S105 and UviCure S128, vinyl ethers and other cationically cured materials.
