K-PURE® TAG-2713 is a semiconductor grade amine blocked thermal acid generator made to be used in microlithography coatings. Its activation range is between 120°C and 140°C depending upon time, formulation components and film thickness. K-PURE® TAG-2713 is ideally appropriate as a stimulant for amino cross-linkable melamine, self-condensed melamine, glycoluril, urea, or silanol and alkoxysilane cross-linkable resins. KPURE ® TAG-2713 can also be used in any lithography application where the rapid and selective generation of a strong acid is needed. This product appears as a clear solution and is soluble in ethyl lactate, water, and butanol. It is only partially soluble in PGMEA.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
