3M™ Glass Bubbles K37

3M™ Glass Bubbles K37 are hollow glass spheres with a typical density of 0.37 g/cc and an isostatic crush strength of 3,000 psi. 3M™ Glass Bubbles are lightweight hollow glass microspheres with a broad range of densities, particle sizes and crush strengths. These general purpose spheres offer very good strength-to-density ratio and making them suitable for a variety of uses in the paints and coatings industry. These microspheres are used in applications from specialty architectural and industrial paints to lightweight spackling, caulks, adhesives and roof coatings. Manufacturers use 3M glass bubbles for their ability to help reduce weight, improve reflectivity, reduce shrinkage, enhance surface appearance and help reduce overall material costs.
