Quinoa- Organic Flour

Quinoa- Organic Flour is made from Quinoa. Quinoa is a small round seed of white-ivory color from the family of the Chenopodiaceas. The grain is washed after harvest to extract the saponine, then dried, ventilated, and then ground. It is higher in protein than any other flour, grain-free, gluten-free. This is great news for bakers of flatbreads, pancakes, muffins, cookies and brownies -- and all who like to eat them. Our quinoa flour is stone-ground to ivory smoothness and can be ordered toasted for extra nutty flavor.
