It also includes dust flavourings, natural spice and vegetable extracts (onion, garlic, basil, leek, pepper, etc), concentrated marsala, tamarind and cep natural extracts, and semi-finished fruit concentrates. Applications include traditional and ethnic ready-to-eat dishes, cooked hams, sausages, meat products, pasta and tortelli fillings, snacks, marinades, bread crumb coatings, sauces, dressings and seasonings, flavoured oils, and vegan and vegetarian dishes.
