Natural Yellow Color (1230) appears as an opaque deep yellow liquid, with a final color of a greenish yellow to deep yellow, depending on the use levels. This product is composed of water, glycerin, food starch-modified, maltodextrin, corn syrup, vegetable oil, natural lutein and other mixed carotenes, and citric acid. Natural Yellow Color (1230) is used to color beverages, cakes, snacks, icing, cheese, yogurt, candy, ice cream, pasta and other foods.
