Lactic Butter (Unsalted)

Lactic butter (Unsalted) is a food product obtained from pasteurized sweet cream from pure cow’s milk in a continuous churning and kneading process, while adding a small amount of a special lactic acid culture and salt. It is a light yellow colour. It remains a solid when refrigerated, but softens to a spreadable consistency at room temperature, and melts to a thin liquid consistency at 32-35°C (90-95°F).
