Cromaplen Mix

Cromaplen Mix is a dark red, fluid oil composed of a carotenoid mixture of lutein and zeaxanthin esters, paprika oleoresin and vegetable oil. It is extracted from both the marigold flower (Tagetes Erecta) and oleoresin paprika (Capsicum Annuum). It has a very slight paprika odor and is used to provide color to foods like cheeses, salad dressings, sauces, and yogurts.
