VIVAPUR® Microcrystalline Cellulose MCC 102

VIVAPUR® Microcrystalline Cellulose MCC 102 is a white, free flowing, dietary fiber with a neutral taste and odor. It is indigestible and serves as a separating agent, or carrier material, consisting of high chemical and microbial purity. Composed of 99.5% dietary fiber content, the product is used as a technological aid for dairy based drinks, cheese, spreads, and confectionery.
