This product is used as a fragrance and as a flavor. cis-3-Hexenyl Alpha Methyl Butyrate FCC, No Anitox (1031) is found in Lavender, Lavandin and Clary Sage type fragrances and in apple, melon and tropical type flavors. As a fragrance it imparts refreshing green and tart granny smith apple notes to fruity floral compositions. It blends well with lavender, clary sage, and geranium and is excellent in air freshener fragrances. It has sweet, green notes for a variety of fruits and can be used for pear, apple, pineapple, strawberry, peach, and tropical fruits. It is insoluble in water and soluble in alcohol.

Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
