HT9000 - Hard Wheat Flour is designed to create a superior batter/breading for products that are fried. There is an improved texture and mouth-feel, improved adhesion, consistent batter viscosity, and longer hold times under heat lamps. This flour is produced in accordance with 21 CFR 137. If stored in a cool, dry area this product has a shelf life of six months. This product is GMO free and Kosher certified.
