HORMEL® Ham with Natural Juices Boneless-Ground, Frozen 10lb is produced from trimmed boneless ham. The muscles are injected and tumbled. Product is stuffed into a poly bag and fully cooked to a minimum 148°F internal temperature. Product is then chilled, ground, packaged, and boxed prior to frozen storage. Product shall be produced in a USDA inspected establishment. This "natural juice" product is controlled by the protein fat free (PFF) regulation for cured pork products 319.104 and shall be labeled in accordance with applicable guidelines. Procedures for PFF sampling complied with by Hormel Foods can be found in 9 CFR 318.19.

Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
