Great Beginnings® Rendered Bacon Fat & Cooked Bacon Extra Flavor (49355) is produced by cooking real bacon. The liquid fat which contains small particles of bacon is then collected and packaged. The fat is nearly free of moisture, off-white in color and has a great bacon flavor and smoked meat aroma. The small bacon particulates will settle as the product sets without agitation.
Use rendered bacon fat and cooked bacon in any food application where a bacon flavor is desirable. It has been used in bakery, meat, main entree and even salad products to enhance their flavor and add a real smoked meat aroma. Use it at a 1 to 5% level in most applications.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
