Great Beginnings® Beef Fat, Frozen (02674) has an aromatic marrow like flavor, and is produced from our beef stock cooking process so it has an earthy full bodied beef flavor and aroma. It has not been hydrogenated and has a truly unique flavor because it is produced during the manufacturer of beef stock from beef bones.
The marrow like aroma and flavor are quite pronounced and make the fat's flavor especially desirable foods where you need fat soluble flavors. Beef fat is produced by gently heating fresh beef to release its fat. It is refined, deodorized and bleached before quickly freezing to retain the highest level of flavor and stability. No preservatives have been added to extend its shelf life, Beef Fat is a completely natural product and is gluten free.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
