Freedom™ 886 is a no-trans, non-hydrogenated coating fat is a product composed of palm and palm kernel oil. It combines a steep melting profile with good heat stability to deliver a high quality finished coating with a clean nutritional panel and ingredient statement. Additionally, it offers fast crystallization properties to maximize productivity and throughput. The Freedom™ 880 series finds application in coatings, coating fats, bakery, confectionery, and dairy fat alternatives. Loders Croklaan offers a number of different coating fats under the Freedom™ line that each differ slightly in their physical characteristics.
Loders Croklaan’s line of trans-free emulsified shortenings is prepared without hydrogenation and possesses properties of texture, shelf life and aeration comparable to emulsified shortenings based on partially hydrogenated vegetable oils.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
