SM - 1035/T2 



SM - 1035/T2 is a transparent, yellowish liquid. This food antimicrobial is based on potassium sorbate (E-202), ethyl-p-hydroxi-benzoate (E-214) and sodium polyphosphate (E-452i) stabilized in water. This product is used as a preservative treatment of cooked meat products. It can be applied directly as a common ingredient during injection, tumbling, cutting, or it can be applied as an external treatment by immersion or spraying.
