Shredded Cheese Extender SCE-16 is to be used for mold inhibition on shredded cheese. This product contains water, Propionic Acid, and Safe2OTM brand ACS 50 (Acidic Calcium Sulfate). It has a pungent odor, with an acidic flavor, and is clear to slightly cloudy. Shredded Cheese Extender SCE-16 has a shelf life of 24 months when properly stored. To use this product, add mist to the Shredded Cheese Extender Product at a ratio of 0.5 ml - 2.0 ml per 100 g of shredded cheese, then mix it to distribute the liquid evenly throughout the shredded cheese.
