Sodium Nitrite, Free-Flowing Food Grade

Sodium Nitrite, Free-Flowing Food Grade is a pale straw-colored dry granular product. "Free-Flowing" refers to the physical addition of an approved anti-caking agent to granular sodium nitrite, due to the hygroscopic property of dry sodium nitrite. It is commonly used in curing salt formulations.
