Cargill® Purified Sea Salt Untreated

Cargill® Purified Sea Salt Untreated is food grade, granular, white crystalline sea salt made by evaporating the brine made from sea salt harvested from the Pacific Ocean. It contains no anticaking, free flowing additives, or conditioners. Commonly known as Sodium Chloride (Salt), It consists of less than 50 ppm of calcium and magnesium. This product is commonly used in mayonnaise, salad dressings, margarine, conventional churn butter, canned peas, lima beans, and tomatoes, and high acid, pickled vegetables.
