Hilmar™ 9400 Whey Protein Isolate is a food additive, a functional whey protein with high protein content, excellent heat stability, acid stability, foaming and provides a low viscosity in high concentrations. It is used in neutral RTD beverages, acid beverages (where clarity is not an issue), juice fortifications, nutritional bars, bakery and frozen desserts.


Hilmar Ingredients is a supplier of lactose and whey protein to the food industry. They produce large runs of whey protein isolate, hydrolysate and concentrate, as well as ultra refined, refined and edible lactose. The whey protein concentrate line offers specialty proteins including alpha-lactalbumin enriched, high gelling and lactose-free.
