Fruit-Sweetness™ is a 100% natural powdered concentrate made from monk fruit. It is a very fine and uniform powder that is creamy white in color. It has a pure, clean, and sweet taste that is approximately 150 times as sweet as table sugar (sucrose). This product is 100% soluble in water and ethanol. It is does not ferment, is resistant to bacterial and fungal spoilage, and does not decompose under continuous heating at 120° C for 12 hours. Fruit-Sweetness™ is well-suited for use in a wide range of beverages, cereals, dairy products, bars and confectionery. This means only a small amount of monk fruit is needed when sweetening foods and beverages. As a result, it has a very low glycemic load and is ideal for diabetics.
