It is a food antimicrobial based on sodium diacetate (E-262ii), mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E-471) and malic acid (E-296). Silicon dioxide (E-551) and tricalcium phosphate (E-341iii) are included as anti-caking agents and sodium chloride as an excipient.
