BENDA-LUTZ® 2081 is an aluminum leafing pigment with a high surface tension that migrates to the paint film surface. BENDA-LUTZ® 2081 has an average particle size of 9. The accumulation of aluminum pigment is designed to protect the paint film against alteration, UV rays, abrasion and corrosion while also creating a reflective metal layer that can appear mirror-like. BENDA-LUTZ® 2081 is used in corrosion paints, reflection paints, ship paints, roof coatings, heat and high-heat resistant paints, chrome effect paints, and aerosols.
