SHICONIX Liquid AB (N) is UV care active ingredient, recommended for skin and (damaged) hair care applications. It is confirmed to have protection against UV ray and anti-bacterial efficacy (for Germ). It is an extract obtained from the root of Lithospermum officinale and contains shikonin derivative. In addition to being used as a purple dye from Lithospermum root, it has also been used as a plaster for skin diseases.
