Locus PI’s body wash formulation utilizes Ferma® S sophorolipid ingredients as a non-toxic alternatives to legacy surfactants that do not require amphoteric co-surfactants such as betaines. These biosurfactants have a high degree of synergy with cellulosic additives, like xantham gum, to produce viscosity and rheologies similar to traditional salt-thickened formulations.
