EnSense™ Silk TEC, or Triethyl Citrate, is a dry emollient for lightweight, long-lasting moisture. It is a dry emollient that provides lightweight, long-lasting moisturization. It is non-oily and non-occlusive giving it fast-spreading properties without being tacky or greasy. Due to its ability to inhibit the enzymes responsible for the decomposition of sweat, it is widely used in natural deodorants to prevent odor. It is extremely compatible with organic UV filters and aids in improving the skin feel of sun care applications. EnSense™ Silk TEC can be used in bath products, color cosmetics, shaving products, sun care, skincare, and hair care products.
