Jarplex™ CU-WD is composed of the glycerides of vegetable fat extracted from the seed of the exotic Amazonian Cupuaçu fruit (Theobroma grandiflorum). Jarplex™ CU-WD contains a relatively high amount of unsaponifiable matter and delivers the naturally slight odor and color expected in Cupuaçu Butter. It contributes high levels of shea functionality to a wide variety of formulations. Jarplex™ CU-WD is completely water dispersible in aqueous-based formulations, as well as compatible with surfactant based systems. It is also self-emulsifying. Jarplex™ CU-WD is a novel, “patent pending”, versatile, all-natural, and green ingredient.
