Juicy Hot Lip Cream (Formulation #KLP-230)

This creamy, extremely bright-colored, liquid lipstick applies to lips with high neon color intensity and a mattifying effect. It features Kobo's 11S treated organic pigments, which provide superior skin adhesion and a creamy feel on the lips in addition to the bright, electric shade. CM3K40T4 is a low-whitening TiO2 dispersion that allows the formula to attain a brightening effect. MSS-500/N is a spherical silica microsphere which leaves a silky texture on the lips and prevents feathering. CPF-3300@10cSt is a low viscosity phenyl trimethicone which adds subtle glow and a light feel. For adhesion and substantivity of the formula to the lips, water-resistance and rub-resistance, a blend of film formers KOBOGUARD® 5400 IDD and KOBOGUARD® MQ75ETS was used. CXG-1103 imparts a creamy, gel texture to the product.
