BioEstolide™ 250 part of Biosynthetic® Technologies that produces a line of sustainable, biobased, biodegradable oils derived from castor. These high-performing emollients offer enhanced oxidative, hydrolytic, thermal and UV stability for long shelf life of products in formulation. BioEstolide™ 250 has a low acid value (<0.05 mg KOH/g), medium dynamic viscosity (250 cPs at 25oC), and high refractive index (1.461) with an NOI of 0.86 (ISO 16128). In haircare, it has been found to impart shine and luster, smooth the hair shaft, create body and volume, and improve wet and dry combability while also providing thermal protection for use with hot tools. This emollient has low tackiness and ample playtime, spreading, and cushion with long lasting moisturization in skincare formulations. It offers high solvency of mineral and natural oils, fatty acids, chemical sunscreens and is compatible with many other products found in personal care formulations. BioEstolide™ 250 may also aid in the dispersion of mineral sunscreen and pigments. This product is Kosher, Vegan and Halal certified and can be used as a mineral oil, lanolin, or medium viscosity silicone alternative.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
