PEL-INE ISML - Isostearamidopropyl Morpholinium Lactate - is a cationic surfactant used primarily as a conditioner for hair care products. PEL-INE ISML rinses more readily from the hair than quaternary ammonium salts, preventing build-up. It is compatible with anionic surfactants and is recommended as a conditioner in clear shampoo formulations and skin cleansers. PEL-INE ISML is non-irritating to the skin and eyes.
