Salicat MM is a preservative with broad spectrum antimicrobial activity. Made from a combination of two isothiazolinones, Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone, this cosmetic grade biocide has low usage levels (0.2% to 0.5%). This clear, light amber colored liquid is compatible with several formulations and ingredients and can be used in detergents, fabric softners, hand cleaners, rinse aids, and several other applications.
