Microsilk® 419 is a finely micronized melt blend of high molecular weight polyethylene and PTFE. The polymers are melted together and then micronized so that each particles is part polyolefin and part PTFE. This product provides the creamy feel of the polyolefin with the slip of the PTFE. It is suitable for foundations, eye shadow, blushes, skin care preparations, make-up bases, and other cosmetics.
