Rheocrysta C-2SN is a 2% aqueous dispersion of 1000 nm fiber length, consisting of all plant-derived components. By uniformly dispersing Rheocrysta in water, cellulose fibers form a 3D network structure and create a transparent viscous substance. This 3D network has little change in viscosity with temperature and is expected to be effective for the suspension effect of pigments and emulsion stabilization. This 3D structure is excellent in thixotropy and does not have the unique stickiness of water-soluble polymer, so it is suitable not only for developing a dry feeling formulation but also for spray formulation. view less
