Body Wash Base (Cosmos Compliant) by Stephenson Personal Care is a natural liquid soap base derived from vegetable oils. Body wash base is a finished product and ready for use, but you can mix in your preferred additives such as a coloring and fragrance, or essential oil to give off a desired aroma.
