BellaCare DMC Cocoate is a high molecular weight silicone polyether that imparts low surface tensions and a emulsifier for a wide variety of cosmetic applications. Use BellaCare DMC Cocoate as a primary emulsifier for dimethicone, natural oils, multi ingredient formulas in addition to providing the tack free properties of silicone.
