Tiene autorreticulación bimodal, es decir, una reticulación a temperatura ambiente y otra a 100-150o.C. Además es reactiva a altas temperaturas con resinas melamínicas. La reticulación a temperatura ambiente tiene lugar una vez evaporado el agua y se completa entre 3 y 7 días dependiendo de las condiciones de humedad y temperatura. La solidez alcanzada es suficiente para los requerimientos de estampado secado al aire sin horno. Allí se usa un 15% de dispersión mezclada con extendedores y pigmentos. En el resinado de telas se puede alcanzar el nivel de la segunda autorreticulación por calentamiento 5 minutos a 140o.C y con un 3% de resina melamínica se realiza una tercera reacción de entrecruzamiento. La diferencia fundamental con otras dispersiones es su mano suave inclusive completadas las tres reticulaciones posibles, siendo la resitencia al lavado excelente y cierta resistencia al solvente. Vea Menos
