Desmodur® VL is an aromatic polyisocyanate based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate that is used in combination with Desmophen grades in solvent-free two-pack polyurethane coatings, fillers, sealing compounds and synthetic resin mortars. It is a brown, solvent-free liquid with a low viscosity (25°C) of 90 ± 20 mPa·s. This product has an NCO of 31.5 ± 0.5%, a flash point of approx. 229°C, and an equivalent weight of approx. 133.
Desmodur® VL is combined with, for example, Desmophen® 1145, 1150, 1155, 5028 GT and 1380 BT. Depending on the Desmophen® product used, the coatings yielded can be varied from hard to flexible. It is necessary to add water scavengers such as molecular sieve paste® 3 Å to the polyol component to prevent the undesired reaction of Desmodur® VL with water. Systems formulated with Desmodur® VL are suitable for coating concrete, asphalt, fibrous cement and plastics.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
