KELCOGEL® AFT is an industrial grade of low-acyl gellan gum that forms transparent gels. These gels are transparent and colorless, mechanically robust, do not exhibit syneresis, are thermally reversible, and do not melt at high ambient temperatures. The benefit of these gels is that they are visually attractive, can contain decorative particles (e.g. glitter), and do not melt in hot environments (e.g. cars).
