Because MAYCO® BASE CF-95 contains active sulfur, it is not recommended for use in products destined for applications on any yellow metal (copper, brass & bronze). It is recommended to replace chlorine in a cutting oil on a one for one basis with MAYCO® BASE CF-95. An example would be 4% of a 50% chlorinated paraffin in a cutting oil; yielding a total of 2% chlorine would be replaced by 2% of MAYCO® BASE CF-95.
