VESTOPLAST® 408 is a hard grade with excellent thermal stability under load and tear strength. It is typically applied as a raw material for the production of hot melts, e.g. for the textile-, paper- and packaging industry. Generally, VESTOPLAST® amorphous poly-alpha-olefins (APAO) provide the following benefits: excellent adhesion and hot tack properties; bonding to various substrates; good cohesion and high thermal stability; good moisture and gas barrier behavior; and very good hydrolytic and UV stability.
The Evonik Coating & Adhesive Resins business is based on their backbone chemistry of polyesters, amorphous poly-alpha-olefins, FT-waxes, polybutadienes and polyacrylates. They develop individual polymer solutions according to customer needs.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
